ReviewClaw Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-27

ReviewClaw (the “App”) helps you study and review through conversation. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

AI Processing

To generate the learning agent’s replies, your conversation content is processed using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. You choose the AI service provider yourself. If you provide an access token, we use it solely to enable proactive push — that is, to let the learning agent proactively generate study reminders and content for you while you are away from the app.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share or transmit information only as necessary: to enable the third-party sign-in or messaging channels you choose to use; through the push service used to deliver notifications to your device; or when required by law.

Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored on our servers, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information only for as long as needed to provide the service. You can delete your data yourself in two ways:

Deleting an individual conversation: You can delete any conversation directly in the app at any time. Once deleted, that conversation's content (including its messages and related study data) is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered; we no longer retain the conversation's content. For aggregate usage accounting we may keep anonymized counts (such as the number of calls and replies) that contain no conversation content; these counts are also removed when you delete your account.

Deleting your account: The app provides an account-deletion feature under “Settings.” Account deletion is immediate and irreversible: all of your associated data is permanently deleted together, including all conversations and their content, your study and review records, your account and sign-in identities, access tokens, any linked messaging channels, the anonymized usage counts described above, and the study materials and files created for you. Deleted data cannot be recovered; signing in again creates a brand-new account.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
